GBrain: Open Source Memory and Skills Layer for AI Agents
garrytan · x · 2026-08-18
Garry Tan released GBrain, an open-source memory and skills layer designed to give AI agents persistent, owned capabilities. Compatible with multiple AI harnesses (OpenAI, Claude, Grok) and any Postgres database with pgvector, GBrain bootstraps a SOUL.md and 70+ skills. It can run as an MCP server (e.g., on Nebula virtual computers), providing agents with a persistent memory layer for true data ownership.
