PyLate Merges Back Into Sentence Transformers

PyLate began as a fork of Sentence Transformers to bring late interaction retrieval to the community, grew into a de facto standard with its own ecosystem, and has now been merged back into the main Sentence Transformers library — meaning unified maintenance and a simpler dependency stack for late-interaction retrieval users.
