agent-talk: open-source plugin lets coding agents message each other
xhluca · x · 2026-08-18
agent-talk is a plugin for coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) built on the retalk CLI, letting agents across sessions — even run by different developers — exchange messages and coordinate tasks. It sends the message only, not history or files, and the receiving session picks it up mid-task. Motivation: big projects run agents in parallel across collaborators, but today humans act as messengers copying instructions between windows. Repo ships Claude/Codex plugins, skills, monitors and demos; 156 stars so far.
