Kevin Zakka: mink now correctly supports ball joint limits

Robotics researcher Kevin Zakka announced that mink, his minimal IK library built on MuJoCo, now correctly supports ball joint limits. Proper handling of these joint limit constraints makes kinematics solving more reliable for robotic setups involving ball joints, such as robotic arms.
