OwariDa · x · 2026-08-17
QVM now supports ultra low-latency desktop streaming, designed for use cases such as VDI, Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), and agent sandboxes.
- Cross-platform support: Supports Linux/KVM, macOS/HVF, and Windows/WHPX as host OSes and hypervisors.
- Graphics acceleration: VirGL acceleration is available for guests, with support for both X11 and Wayland based desktop environments.
- Video encoding: Hardware-accelerated H264 encoding is performed on the host side, avoiding the need to expose direct GPU access to the guest.
