Open Source Library: Automate Topaz Gigapixel AI processing via Python

This is a Python library designed to automate image processing with Topaz Gigapixel AI. It allows users to invoke Topaz Gigapixel AI via code for upscaling tasks, supporting custom scaling ratios and processing modes. Tested on Topaz Gigapixel AI v7.2.3, it can be installed via PyPI.
