Singapore's Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan shared a technical implementation where agents maintain a Knowledge Graph using OKF and SQLite. This approach improves query salience and reduces token costs by avoiding re-reading extensive source materials, building upon Andrej Karpathy's LLM Wiki pattern.
