Google Releases First General Sign-Language-to-Text Model, Powers ASL Input on Android

Google's team announces the first general-purpose sign-language-to-text (SL2T) model, now powering a new ASL input feature on Android phones. The model currently supports American Sign Language (ASL), with plans to expand to more sign languages.
