Prague Vyšehrad 3D Scan: 121M Gaussians Streamed to Browser via WebGPU

Daniel Dworschak scanned Vyšehrad hill in Prague, producing a 3D model with 121 million Gaussians, streamed via SuperSplat and rendered by PlayCanvas on WebGPU. The data is 1.3GB with 11 million collision voxels, one of the largest 3D Gaussian splats ever.
