Prague's Vyšehrad scanned into 121M-Gaussian 3D splat, streamable in browser

Developer Daniel Dworschak has scanned Prague's Vyšehrad into one of the largest 3D Gaussian splats ever, with 121 million Gaussians, 1.3GB of streaming SOG data and 11 million collision voxels. The model streams via SuperSplat and renders in real time in the browser using PlayCanvas on WebGPU.
