Vercel officially launched its AI Gateway, designed to connect and manage existing coding agents like Claude Code and Codex through a single command.
Predicted by rauchg to become the default way to use AI coding at scale, the gateway auto-configures 8 popular coding harnesses. It provides access to over 300 models from 30+ providers with no markup, alongside features for uptime management, model choice, lower costs, observability, and Zero Data Retention (ZDR).
