Alchemy next version allows Effectful Workers in same backend Worker as web framework

Sam Goodwin announces that in the next version of Alchemy, you can use Effectful Workers (Resources and Bindings) in the same backend Worker as your web framework, eliminating the need for a separate backend Worker.
