Vercel AI Gateway Natively Integrates Exa Search, Free Until August 31

Vercel announced that its AI Gateway and eve agents now natively integrate the Exa Search API, available for free to developers through August 31.
The tool requires no separate Exa API key and supports domain filters, date filters, and token-efficient excerpts. Developers simply need to configure gateway.tools.exaSearch() in the AI SDK, allowing LLMs to fetch up-to-date web results and page content during multi-step reasoning.
