- Real-time & Coordination: Plugins can hook into the live LLM stream and gateway events, featuring an event bus for plugins to react to each other.
- Security & Compatibility: Introduces capability declarations with install-time consent and security surfaces off by default. It is fully additive, meaning old plugins keep working untouched.
- Developer Support: Adds plugin packs, a searchable plugin index, a scaffold, and a Plugin Doctor for plugin developers.
