Hermes Agent Massively Expands Plugin Interface with Community Ideas

Teknium from NousResearch announced a massive expansion to the Hermes Agent plugin surface. Integrating community ideas from Discord, the update allows contributors to ship stable features as plugins without waiting for core merges.
According to the GitHub tracking issue, the expansion follows strict ground rules: no breaking changes to existing APIs (all expansions are additive) and prompt caching remains sacred (no extension point can mutate past context or violate message-role alternation).
