Tencent introduces RecSys Factory, an LLM-agent platform designed to automate the industrial recommender lifecycle. The framework addresses the trilemma between agent autonomy, industrial determinism, and end-to-end efficiency.
By bounding autonomy to specific decision points rather than entire pipelines, the platform uses an event-driven architecture and a skill ecosystem to automate operations like feature extraction and A/B testing without crashing or compliance issues. It has been deployed across three Tencent recommender business lines for 78 days.
