Cerebras Cloud ARR Could Hit $10B by 2027, Analyst Estimates

Gavin Baker is set to interview the Cerebras CEO and shared a quantitative forecast regarding the company's compute monetization:

Pricing Benchmark: Nebius is currently monetizing long-term compute contracts at $20 to $25 per megawatt.
Cerebras Revenue Projection: Cerebras has 600 megawatts under contract for the end of 2027. Applying a discount for their "take or pay" contract with OpenAI, this implies roughly $10 billion in cloud ARR exiting 2027.
Upside Potential: Beyond cloud monetization, hardware sales, partnerships with AMD and AWS, and a multi-gigawatt power pipeline could provide further upside.

The author notes that scale-up networking and SRAM acceleration are the best solutions to the current DRAM shortage.
