Test: Asking Claude Opus 5 to Autonomously Develop GTA6 in 24 Hours

A developer conducted an extreme test: asking Claude Opus 5 to autonomously develop a prototype of GTA6 within 24 hours.
Throughout the process, the AI independently generated the city, districts, roads, buildings, vehicles, and weather systems without any human intervention. Although the final gameplay and graphics are extremely rough, this experiment clearly demonstrates the massive potential—and current limitations—of autonomous coding agents when handling complex, multi-element systems.
