MiniJinja 3 Alpha Released: Makes Serde Optional, Aligns with Jinja2

Mitsuhiko pushed an alpha version of MiniJinja 3. This update makes serde an optional dependency and aligns its behavior closer to Jinja 2 in Python. He is asking users to provide feedback on the issue tracker.
