Bank of America has announced a $250 billion financing target focused on AI infrastructure and power, covering eligible lending, investing, and capital markets transactions between January 2026 and July 2027.

Just two days prior, Morgan Stanley unveiled a roughly $1.5 trillion, 10-year program covering AI, semiconductors, data infrastructure, and related energy systems. This indicates that major Wall Street banks are seeking a larger role in the AI industry's capital stack by arranging debt and investments around infrastructure projects.
