New DeepLearning.AI Course: Building AI Coding Workflows from Cloud to Local
DeepLearningAI · youtube · 2026-08-12
DeepLearning.AI, in partnership with JetBrains, has released a new free short course titled "AI Coding Workflows: From Cloud to Local." Taught by JetBrains Developer Advocate Paul Everitt, the course aims to help developers take back control of their AI coding processes.
The curriculum covers how to split work across specialized subagents, assign different models to different tasks (e.g., saving costs by using frontier models only for hard parts), switch inference providers for coding agents, and ultimately run models locally. Students will learn practical skills to balance cost, speed, and privacy.
