pjausovec · x · 2026-08-12
Developer Chad Arimura shared his personal AI agent setup aimed at running multiple products and a nonprofit with minimal staff.
He designed six core agents:
- ea-agent: Executive admin for reminders, calendar, and Linear task management.
- ops-agent: Ops monitor for Sentry alerts and issue triage.
- dev-agent: Core developer with GitHub access.
- gtm-agent: Marketer for funnel analysis, social media, and copywriting.
- research-agent: Async web research and report building.
- vps-agent: Infra manager with root access to create new agents and add MCP servers.
He also noted that having the gtm-agent review his writing took 10x longer than just shipping the draft with minor grammatical errors.
