Glassdoor has reintroduced its Best CEOs list after a five-year hiatus, ranking NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang at No. 1 for 2026 with a 99% employee approval rating.
The ranking is based on authentic employee feedback, recognizing leaders who empower their people and drive authentic culture amidst the AI-driven workplace transformation. NVIDIA previously also topped Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in Technology and AI list.
