Nvidia Develops Trillion-Parameter Open-Weight Model Nemotron 4

Nvidia is reportedly developing Nemotron 4, a new open-weight model designed to rival the world's best freely available AI models. The upcoming model aims for a massive scale of 1 trillion parameters. However, the report also notes that this trillion-parameter threshold has already been surpassed by several Chinese AI labs.
