Agent Mission Control: Open-Source Dashboard for Real-Time Monitoring of AI Coding Agents
DanWahlin · x · 2026-08-12
Dan Wahlin released a new version of Agent Mission Control, an open-source real-time monitoring dashboard for tracking GitHub Copilot CLI and Copilot App agentic coding sessions. Built with Tauri 2 and Phaser 4, using Rust and TypeScript, it supports Mac, Windows, and Linux. The tool displays live activity for each Copilot tool category (edits, reads, commands, web/docs, sub-agents, skills, MCP, intents/alerts) on a mission ring, helping developers spot stalls, surprises, and issues needing attention. The author also mentioned encountering a 'schema drift' dialog during internal testing and is conducting a multi-model review via the GitHub Copilot app to refine the logic.
