Indie Developer Advice: When Should You Actually Pitch to VCs?

The author offers blunt advice on whether startups should seek VC funding: never.
The author points out the only exception: your sales are growing, but if you don't accelerate, you will fail to capture enough market share and die. Only when you must build and sell faster simultaneously, and urgently need millions of dollars to fuel this growth, should you pitch to VCs. Otherwise, pitching is simply a waste of time for both you and the investors.
