One Prompt to 3D Game: Thrixel and Claude Code Workflow Open-Sourced
RanaHanocka · x · 2026-08-12
A developer demonstrated generating a fully playable lunar rover survival game from a single prompt using Thrixel's Goal-to-Game skill combined with Claude Code.
- Workflow Division: Claude Code handles game logic, system setup, and scene assembly; Thrixel generates, organizes, and manages high-quality, editable 3D assets (vehicles, buildings, environments) in parallel.
- Features: Generated 3D models come with an intelligently labeled hierarchy for easy post-generation editing. Currently supports Unity and Three.js.
- Open Source: The repository and configurations (e.g., .mcp.json) are available on GitHub, expected to work with other coding agents that can read project instructions.
