Data Centers Cluster in America's Richest County, Driving Tax Rates Down

In Loudoun, Virginia, home to over 200 data centers, exploding tax revenue has allowed the local government to lower real property tax rates every year for the past decade, dropping from $1.145 in 2016 to $0.805 per $100 in assessed value for 2026.
