IBM and Together AI Ink $240M Deal to Deploy NVIDIA B300 Inference Cluster

IBM and Together AI have signed a $240 million multi-year agreement to deploy the first large-scale NVIDIA HGX B300 inference cluster on IBM Cloud, expected to be available in Q1 2027.
The cluster will utilize NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet networking. Together AI will leverage this infrastructure to provide open-source model inference services for enterprises. Currently, Together AI's inference platform processes 400 trillion tokens monthly.
