Enact Launches Post-Training Infrastructure to Fix Robot Model Failures in Real World

ycombinator · x · 2026-08-11

Y Combinator has announced the launch of Enact, a post-training infrastructure designed to make robotics models reliable in the real world.

Robotics models often fail when encountering out-of-distribution states not covered in their training data, such as slips, off-angle grasps, or external disturbances. Enact identifies these execution failures and generates targeted recovery data, which teams can use to fine-tune their models, thereby improving their reliability in production environments.
