Al_Grigor · x · 2026-08-11
DataTalksClub hosted an AI Dev Tools workshop demonstrating how to build an end-to-end full-stack application using AI coding assistants.
The core workflow involves five steps:
- Turn an idea into a specification
- Build a frontend prototype with mocked backend
- Define the OpenAPI contract
- Implement the backend using FastAPI
- Add SQLite for data persistence
The resulting application is a system-design interview canvas, featuring real-time WebSocket collaboration between interviewer and candidate.
