Ant Group Leads Multi-Million Funding in Daimon Robot, Unveiling First Tactile-Grounded World Model

Daimon Robot announced a strategic funding round led by Ant Group. Concurrently, the company launched Daimon-TWM, the world's first tactile-grounded world model, alongside Daimon-Infinity, the largest multi-modal physical world dataset including tactile data.

- Physical Interaction Brain: The 10B-parameter Daimon-TWM integrates physical cognition, predictive planning, and instantaneous control. It doubles the success rate of π0.5 in contact-intensive tasks without disturbances, and achieves a 10x improvement under disturbances.
- Data Infrastructure: Daimon has accumulated hundreds of thousands of hours of operational data, with its first open-source batch hitting nearly 5M downloads. The company is also building a standardized distributed data collection network with China Mobile.
Commercial Progress
Daimon has shipped tens of thousands of visual-tactile sensors, serving over 200 global clients (including OpenAI, Figure, and Meta). It claims global leadership across 8 key metrics, including sensor shipment volume and revenue.
