Pi Core Engine Rewrite Plan: Moving from Prototype to Production-Grade

The post shares the core design philosophy behind the Pi core engine rewrite (Harness v2). Moving beyond a functional prototype, v2 aims to be a production-grade, highly durable system.
A major architectural upgrade is the complete overhaul of Session management. Abandoning the previous monolithic JSONL format, v2 splits sessions into four independently persisted layers:
- Conversation trees
- Parallel lanes
- Action logs
- Global metadata
