agent-exchange: Enabling Cross-Framework Messaging for Terminal Agents

A new toolkit called agent-exchange has been released, designed to add a messaging and coordination layer for terminal-based AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex.
Using a unified CLI, agents running in different harnesses can exchange messages across their environments, paving the way for complex, multi-agent collaborative workflows.
