Anthropic Targets Fall IPO, OpenAI Expected to Follow Next Year

According to the Wall Street Journal, Anthropic is planning an initial public offering (IPO) for September or early October. OpenAI is expected to follow suit with an IPO that could happen as late as next year.
Analysts anticipate that these AI companies might release major new models prior to their public debuts to further boost their market valuations.
