SkDD (Skills-Driven Development) proposes a new paradigm for AI agent orchestration: turning the control flow inside out to let skills own their lifecycle.
- Skill-driven lifecycle: Instead of a central workflow managing state, each skill (treated as a verb) manages its own execution logic.
- Deterministic verifier: Introduces an independent verifier to decide if a task is genuinely 'done', rather than relying on the agent's self-reporting.
- Executable proofs: Ships four real receipt mechanisms (like target binding and credential-scope separation) to prevent agents from certifying their own claims or faking production outcomes with local tests.
