Developer @ananayarora reported frustrations with Anthropic's Cyber Program. Despite being approved in April, mysteriously getting removed, and then re-approved within 20 minutes of a new application, Claude still exhibits across-the-board refusals for cyber-related queries. The experience has made the developer increasingly bullish on open-source models.
