Intel has announced a $15 billion share offering plan. Driven by surging demand from AI agents, CPU orders have now exceeded the company's current manufacturing capacity.
To address this capacity strain, Intel raised its 2026 capital expenditure forecast from $18 billion to $20 billion. Additionally, thanks to its stock price nearly tripling this year, the company can raise the same amount of cash while issuing fewer new shares.
