romainhuet · x · 2026-08-10
OpenAI developer Romain Huet shared a practical use case for the Codex agent. After a user experienced a crash on their MacBook Pro, Codex autonomously analyzed the system logs to pinpoint the issue.
It then used Apple's Feedback Assistant to automatically submit a detailed bug report complete with the relevant logs. This highlights the potential of 'Computer Use' agents in complex troubleshooting and cross-application automation.
