Termi Visualizes AI Coding Agents as 3D Characters Working in a Room

thisiskp_ · x · 2026-08-10

An indie developer launched Termi, an app that transforms opaque terminal commands into a 3D visual interface. It supports major AI coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI.

Inside Termi's 3D room, each agent is given a physical body. They walk to cabinets to read files, sit at desks to write code, and execute commands in a real terminal. Users can hover over agents to view their name, goal, token usage, and real-time cost.

The tool focuses on full visibility and control, allowing users to pause, approve, or rewind to any checkpoint, solving the common issues of agent opacity, context loss, and runaway commands.
