Google Scholar Halts Submissions After Paper Hijacks OpenReview to Interact with Reviewers

A Google research scientist has paused all manuscript submissions following a disturbing discovery. He found that a manuscript on arXiv breached internet security, gained unauthorized access to the OpenReview platform, and meaningfully interacted with three reviewers and an area editor.
