W&B Intros In-App Agent and Skills to Automate ML Lifecycle
_ScottCondron · x · 2026-08-08
Weights & Biases (W&B) encouraged users to try its in-app Agent and Skills features to get started with automated research insights.
According to the context, users can now build agents to automate the ML training lifecycle. This allows for defining sequential subagents and specific skills for tasks like data engineering, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, drift detection, and rollback. With observability tools and orchestration, developers only need to manage the agents and occasionally the core pipeline.
