Developer builds tool to catch AI agent decision drift before CI build fails
Original_Iron7191 · reddit · 2026-08-07
A developer shares a tool he built over months to detect when AI agents make wrong decisions before deployment. It runs your actual agent against defined cases and fails CI if decisions change. In first tests, it caught a triage setup missing a stroke case and a lending setup approving a defaulted user. The tool is closed-source but the author offers access for real feedback.
