UltraContext is an open-source real-time context infrastructure that automatically captures session context from coding agents like Claude Code and Codex into a shared terminal dashboard.
The project aims to solve context fragmentation across different AI coding tools, allowing developers and teams to seamlessly continue work across agents. For example, you can ask Codex to grab the latest plan generated by Claude Code and implement it, or query what your teammates are currently building.
