Robotics Project MIMIC Launches Solana Token to Fund Physical World R&D
zhoubolei · x · 2026-08-07
A developer has released MIMIC (Multi-scale IMItation with Corrective expansions), an imitation learning framework for sidewalk autopilot. By expanding corrective behaviors, the policy learns to recover from near-failures rather than relying solely on clean demonstrations.
To cover the massive costs of real-world data collection and long-horizon training, the author is introducing a Solana-based token as a funding layer. A share of the fees generated from token trades will be routed directly into the project treasury to sustain ongoing robotics research.
