According to tech journalist Mark Gurman, OpenAI's in-development hardware device will be a human-like smart speaker.

Shaped like a donut and the size of a hockey puck, the device is designed to be held. It features a camera, speakers, microphones, and lights, most notably incorporating moving parts to demonstrate interactivity. The expected price point is between $300 and $400.
