Hermes Agent Fixes Local Model Fetching Bug, Restores Dynamic Catalogs for Ollama/llama.cpp

Hermes Agent previously experienced a bug when running against Ollama or llama.cpp: after pulling a new model, the picker would only display the saved default model. The developer explained that the picker mistook saved per-model settings for a restrictive filter list, preventing it from querying the server for available models. This is now fixed, and live catalogs have been restored for both the Desktop and Telegram /model pickers, merged for the upcoming release.
