PDI and AWS Build Agentic App Deployer for Instant Web App Provisioning
AWS ML Blog · rss · 2026-08-07
PDI Technologies, in collaboration with AWS, has built the PDI Brew platform to address the backlog of small internal tools by allowing non-technical employees to provision applications instantly.
Platform Features & Architecture:
- Intent in, Application out: Employees describe their needs in plain English, and the platform provisions a multi-tenant web app with SSO in seconds, bypassing traditional DevOps.
- Dual-Agent Architecture:
- Planning Agent: Packaged as the Vibe App Builder skill, it runs inside existing AI assistants (like Claude or ChatGPT) to interview users and generate a structured deploy manifest.
- Provisioning Agent: Running on AWS Lambda, this deterministic orchestrator receives the manifest and calls AWS APIs to create downstream resources.
- Security & Governance: All generated apps inherit enterprise security by default. Generative AI capabilities are strictly routed through a governed gateway to Amazon Bedrock, preventing the use of embedded API keys and ensuring full auditability.
