Indie Dev Hits $1M ARR in 6 Months with AI Consulting Business

Developer @cheneypiano shared a milestone for his GenAIPI business: hitting $1 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) just 6 months after launch, followed by immense growth over the past year.
His core thesis is that most businesses aren't using AI correctly. Many companies are still focused on buying new tools without scratching the surface of existing ones, lacking the training, oversight, and structural workflows around these tools. He is now dedicated to helping C-suite leaders figure out how to genuinely make AI work for their organizations.
