Alibaba Releases Qwen3.8-Max for Agents and Research

Alibaba has released the latest Qwen3.8-Max model. According to early feedback, it feels less like a chatbot and more like a complete coworker, excelling in research and agent-based tasks.
The model is now available via Alibaba Cloud Model Studio API and integrated into QwenWork, their latest workplace AI platform. Open weights are scheduled to be released on Hugging Face next week.
